30th April Silly Sock Day
Dear parents and carers,
As some of you may be aware, April is Autism Awareness Month. To increase the children’s awareness of Autism and celebrate people’s differences, we would like to mark the end of this month in school by having a silly sock day. On Monday 30th April, children are invited to wear silly socks (e.g. odd socks, brightly coloured socks etc) for an optional small donation of a silver coin (20p or 50p). Over the next week, we will be raising awareness of Autism through assemblies and work in SMSC lessons.
Many thanks for your support.
Mrs Cox
