Boughton Leigh's fundraiser for OurJay Foundation

This year we are continuing to support the Our Jay Foundation. This is a charity that works tirelessly to help make Rugby heart safer. We recently had one of the Our Jay Defibrillators fitted at school making us emergency ready should anyone in the school or the surrounding area ever need to use it but we don't want to stop there, this year we have a special reason to be raising more money for Our Jay. Our very own Year 6 teacher Miss Goode is going to be ran the London Marathon in April 2024 and our children have taken part in a number of fund rasing activities, such as cake sales, to support this OurJay's amazing work.

Over the course of the year we will be holding fundraisers and Our Jay will be coming into school to do workshops with all of our children so that they can have Knowledge in CPR and to learn how defibrillators work.
